Conveniently located close to public transportation, with easy access to the city center and world heritage site of "Zeche Zollverein". The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, from the comfortable bed to the reliable TV in the room. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast provided was no-nonsense and delicious. Additionally, the guest parking was helpful, as was the pleasant view from the ground floor.
Nothing to mention.

Great location near a famous attraction and easy access to the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good quality and varied. the room was clean and comfortable. It had a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the decor was modern and well-cared for.
The hotel lacked power outlets in the room, which made it difficult to charge more than one device at a time. the shower in the bathroom had a poorly designed drain, causing water to spill onto the floor and create a messy situation.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail they provide. I loved the location with a small green square in front, it added a lovely touch to the surroundings. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. The rooms were cozy and had a peaceful view with clothes hanging on the rail, giving it a personal touch. The breakfast spread was simply delicious.
Honestly, everything was spot on. Nothing to complain about.

Great value, helpful staff, comfortable rooms
I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas period and it was a great experience. The rates were very reasonable for what was offered and the staff were always willing to help out and answer any questions I had. The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the motorway and there was free parking available. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
One downside of the hotel was the lack of food options in the neighborhood, but this is easily fixed by bringing your own food or exploring other areas. , the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms and hallway.
